Watch out Survivor fans season pass not working again

FYI, I just checked my season pass for Survivor and it was not going to record tonight's episode when I pressed record on the guide. Last week it also did not record.

Just checked. Mine is set to record it. Had no problem last week either. Last time I had a problem like you describe I had to delete the season pass and then add it in again. That worked for me.

my hd tivo and S3 tivo both recorded it fine using season pass from the local ota cbs station.

Same here..was not working two weeks in a row. I deleted the channel 80 pass and added the off the air channel season pass to see if that makes a difference next week.

Mine has been perfect. OTA.

I never missed one yet. In fact I don't think one SP (14) has been missed yet on my HR10-250. Most OTA and some D*.

I saw this earlier, and the problem I have is with the National CBS-HD channel , 80.

The show is in the guide, but if you go to Season Pass Manager, select Survivor: Fiji, and choose view upcoming programs, the response only lists Channel 2 (Local SD NY CBS) for tonight, and for next week, Channel 2 and Channel 80.

This is the 2nd week in a row this problem happened with a SP for Survivor on CBS-80-HD.

I guess it's related to ch80, as I have no OTA for any season passes. Another wonderful screwup by Tivo and DirecTV.

I noticed 1/2 way through that my HDTivo was not recording (ch 80) - my history indicated someone in my household was to blame. I usually check but this time I didn't.

There are certain shows that must record or I'd be in deep trouble with my bride. Survivor is one of them. For shows that are a must, I record on two different HR10s and one uses the sat feed and the other OTA. Coupled with some hefty UPSes, I haven't missed any of them yet.

That said, the sat feed didn't record Survivor last night. History gave the same BS about someone in the household, blah, blah. The OTA SP recorded fine.

Happened to me on two HR10-250's. The "Someone in your household modified..etc".

Not too happy. It was priority #1 on both boxes.

This one almost bit me for the first time. I haven't had any problems before, but I happened to look at my ToDo list earlier today and noticed it wasn't scheduled.

Me also. I am now just in the habit of checking my To Do every Thursday and manually recording Survivor.

Sounds like the majority with problems are those recording off of channel 80...

Yes, new shows only. I didn't know Criminal Minds was a repeat. It gave me the "modified" message, so I assumed I missed it...
