First time thread poster. I have a Toshiba RS-TX20 Dvd media player w/tivo. I went to burn my first dvd and when i inserted a dvd-r disc, the screen said no disc inserted. I tried several new discs and got the same results. Now when i insert a dvd movie it also doesn't recognize a disc in the drive. I tryed several movies and all came up the same. I have restarted both w/power and w/out power for 24 hrs. I tried to re-format the dvd and nothing happened. Anybody have a similar situation. Again, the screen reads: no disc inserted. Thanks.
