Toshiba SD-H400 Installation Guide?

I've recently sold my SD-H400 on eBay, and I've realized that I'm missing the installation guide (but have the two manuals). I'd hate for the buyer to have to deal with the setup without it. Any ideas on where I could download it in PDF form, or find a scanned version? Toshiba no longer supports the unit.

i am programming my remote and cannot find a PDF of the installation guide with the codes. Could someone post a link for this? I came up empty on tivo.com and toshiba.com
