Add a Channel

I just moved my TiVo Series 2 to a condo building that gets HBO (Ch 14) and HBO2 (Ch 69) as part of our BASIC cable service from Comcast. It's included in our monthly condo fee and no converter box is required.

My TiVo doesn't seem to know about these two channels. I'm not surprised because it's just for my condo building, not the whole ZIP code.

So, how do I tell my TiVo box that I do have HBO on Ch14 and HBO2 on Ch69?

There's a way to submit a lineup request through TiVo.com. If necessary they'll customize the lineup just for you.
