Planet Earth Recordings not Viewable

Hello,

I have three episodes of "Planet Earth" recorded, and each time I want to play one, the TiVo screen hangs and the episodes never play.

This happens only with the "Planet Eath" recording. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

You know, I just checked that channel on the Comcast DVR, and it works. For some reason, on the TiVo DVR, the channel is not working...Any suggestions?

I think I found the problem. It lies with the Cable Card 1. I tested the channels on that card, and Discovery HD, along with TNT HD and a couple other channels are not picked up. They are picked up on the Cable Card 2 however...

Looks like card 1 is not authorized properly.

Fix it ASAP. They've been great, at least the two I've seen so far. :)
