Just wanted to know if Insight Communications in the Louisville allows you to go by the office and pick up a pair of cablecards?

Reason is I hate having to pay and wait for a installer when I can do it myself.

I'm in NKY and Insight here doesn't allow you, nor do you want to, install yourself. Insight NKY didn't seem to have it quite down to a science yet, but they did get it working. You'll need to tell the CS rep you need 2 cards about a dozen times so they actually bring 2! :) That was the most frustrating part of the ordeal! They brought only 1, then the second one was DOA!! Luckily he had a spare.
