I still hope it's Billy Ray going home tonight. He actually did a decent quickstep, but he's still a bear lost in a swamp. :)
I think Laila will be a force to be reckoned with this season. Wow.
Heather really went all out, and was justly rewarded.
Paulina better learn how to Latin dance or she's out. That was dreadful.
Shandi and Leeza were too tentative. Boring.
And did you see Cheryl's face after they got a lower score than Laila? WOW she was mad.
So, who do YOU think goes home tonight?

Leeza - combination of the smallest fan base and skill.

Shandi goes home, because she is forgettable and Brian is insufferable. He has no clue how to choreograph to his partners abilities, and mainly just showcased himself while she stood there trying to look ambulatory.
Apolo and Julliane ruled that floor last night- wow! That was the snappiest Quickstep I have ever seen on any season.
Laila and Maks are just both too gorgeous for words and I think it will be them against Apolo/Julianne in the finals.
Joey's mugging did me in- he's too too.
Totally impressed by Heather and Billy Ray last night- though I like neither of them credit is due.
Everyone else was forgettable.

Yes, same sentiment here. Would have said Billy Ray until his Quickstep, all in all not too bad though so I have to give the ax to Shandi. Slow, forgettable, probably not a big fan base at all.

Brian and Shandi got my big 'go home' signal.
Shandi's posing was so bad, I was yelling at the TV, "Move something, girl! Are you just going to walk around the dance floor, or what? For crying out loud, I could Mambo better that that!"
Which is pretty bad, when you consider that my dancing, were I to try such a thing, would evoke the lecture about PDQ Bach where Prof. Schikele says that "It is clear from the dance music of P.D.Q. Bach that one of his legs was shorter than the other." :D

Heather Mills...charity organizer...pleeeease...she's only (in)famous because she married, took to the cleaners, badmouthed and divorcing a Beatle!

Is it just me or is that lady host on this show just painful to watch? She can't adlib at all, at that is her entire job. I swear she's worse than Julie Chen trying to adlib.

It's her voice that bugs me more than anything else. It could be worse. They could use Billy Bush.

I can only cringe when Brian Tuna smiles - it's that bad. He's got an ego as big as his smile, too, because he believes being called "Ken" is a compliment, since Ken is part of a good-looking couple, and for sure Brian thinks he's good-looking.
I was impressed with Billy Ray - both in the rehearsal bits and on the dance floor, so he should stay. I wouldn't miss Leeza if she goes, but it really should be Shandi and the Tuna.

Noooooooooo!
No Billy Bush!
His voice goes right through me. I'd rather stare at the Tuna's smile than listen to Billy Bush, so let Samantha Harris stay and be dorky! :)

But Shandi had Chuck Woolery in the audience! Isn't that enough?!

It's not just you. And it's not just her ineptiude as a hostess either.
If I could give out some sort of rotten tomato award for the show, I would give it to the people who are dressing Samantha Harris.
They are constantly putting her in dresses that would flatter a woman who has a short neck. But Harris doesn't have a short neck. So the dresses make her neck look freakishly long.
And maybe I need to adjust the colors on my set, but jeez, was that dress last night really peach with a black band under the empire waist? Black?
Painful to watch, hell yeah. Seeing some of those outfits they put her in is like getting a sharp stick in the eye.

Speaking of people in the audience... why was Robbie Williams there? Brian Austin Green was there for Ian Ziering, was Robbie there for Heather? Also, was that Sela Ward?

I was kinda glad to see Paulina go... she was lame. Humorous but no dancing skill other than plain following.

I don't think so. Somebody who saw the show should make one. :D

I really thought that Heather was amazing on the second dance. I'm going in without preconceived notions since I wasn't part of the marriage, and am enjoying the dancers at face value. I figured it would only be a matter of time before her marriage/divorce came into it. I'm really enjoying all of these dancers and looking forward to a great season.

Ouch, sorry. I apologize for posting results in the non-results thread. I really do know better. :(

I almost made the same mistake...there wasn't a new thread yet and it's not super popular...some threads are just continuous in that situation and I thought this might be one of them. Phew!
