Nice to see the Michael was able to give T-Bag what he deserved. :D
The idea that Sara was going to jail was crazy, but of course it set things up for Kellerman to man-up.
Of course we had to get another cliff-hanger at the end with Michael not being able to find Linc.

The idea that Sara was going to jail was crazyNot really. Last week people were theorizing she'd be going to prison so that Michael could break her out next season.
Geez, kellerman has more decorations than Audy Murphy. What the heck did he do over there in the months of the Gulf War?
The two 'feds' that were on T-Bag's tail. Are we supposed to know what their deal is?

Since I have been so critical of season 2, I have to give the writers their due. Last night was a very good episode.

Can someone tell me why T-Bag is in Panama? Coincidence? They have the best hookers? What?!

Here's what I figured. They was a brief mention in the previous episode to Mahone that T-bag had been apprehended in Mexico, so Mahone (with "The Company"'s help) got T-bag released and took him to Panama as bait for Michael. The two guys watching T-bag, weren't Feds, but rather Company men keeping tabs on T-bag and waiting for Michael. Mahone, posing as Sucre, posted the message to the website the Michael saw and lured him into the trap. As far as Sucre and Belich getting their at the exact same time as Michael and happening to notice each other was just one of those wonderful Prison Break coincidences that have kept this show going.
Also, I still haven't figured out why T-bag was allowed to keep the money on him, as well as the entire hooker situation. Sure a dead hooker is a great way to set those guys up (Belich just has no luck when it comes to being in the wrong place at the wrong time), but I am not sure why the Company was trying to set Michael up that way.
Anyways, I could be completely wrong and usually I don't try to figure out Prison Break, rather I just sit back and enjoy the ride.

So, how do you explain them letting T-Bag hold on to the duffle bag full of money?

Did we ever see that the bag has the money in it?

I haven't got a clue, I was thinking that maybe the money wasn't in the bag, but who knows.

I can't believe Mahone got the jump on Linc--there's no way! Do you really think Mahone just wants to take the money and run?

I seem to recall cash falling out of it during Michael and T-bag's struggle. That doesn't mean that it's all there or that it's all authentic currency.
Orthogon, apologies for missing you mention that you couldn't explain that situation in your original post.
Good episode.
I'm coming up empty on what they could possibly do for 18-22 episodes next year.
I'm thinking it's Linc, Michael, Sara, Kellerman & Mahone vs The Company.

The two 'feds' that were on T-Bag's tail. Are we supposed to know what their deal is?Mahone called them at one point, so I guess we assume they were working for him. I was kind of doubting they are feds at all. Maybe they're just a couple of goons he hired.
I really like this show. It has it's ups and downs, and the storyline is whacked, but when it's good it's really good!

I wish next week was a series finale instead of just a season finale. When T-Bag ran away from the wreck I almost stopped watching right there and deleted the season pass. Soooo stoopid. I stuck it out and see next week is the season finale. I'll give them one more shot.

I wish next week was a series finale instead of just a season finale. Why would you wish that? That's awfully selfish.
If you don't want to watch next year, don't! But just because you don't want to watch more shouldn't mean that you wish no one could watch any more...

Calm down. I don't actually have the power to wish that.
I don't get Mahone. First he's on the phone with his ex, saying he's almost done and wants her back. Then he wants the $$ and the boat. Which is it? Or does he think the ex and the kid will get on the boat with him??

I didn't see that as his wish at all. "For fear of what mess is to come, I wish they'd just end it here." He's more wishing for it to end on a decent note than to see it spiral down into the abyss.

The reason Mahone was trying to set Michael up was said in the previous episode. Panama doesn't have an extradition treaty, so the fact that he's wanted in the U.S. wouldn't really matter. They had to frame him for a crime committed in Panama in order for the Panamanian police to want to hold him. As was previously said, T-Bag was simply being used as bait.
As for there being money in the backpack, it's pretty lame that The Company would actually let him keep it, but if he knew that it wasn't real, there's no way he would be lugging it around after the car crash if he's really trying to get away from Michael.

He had on a Ranger uniform, so maybe he did a lot of special ops.
Actually, he had a Ranger scroll on the right shoulder, indicating he had seen combat while assigned to a Ranger Battalion. He was wearing a Green Beret and I saw a glimpse of a 5th Special Forces Group patch on his left arm, indicating he was assigned to a 5th Group Team (plus, during the majority of the scenes when he's civy suited up he, he's wearing a 5th Group lapel pin). My guess is that he was recruited out of the Ranger Bat for 5th Group--but what I don't get is why he doesn't have the patch on his right shoulder as well, under the Ranger Scroll (I'm assuming he saw some combat while in SOCOM). --De Oppresso Liber

I am so ready for this show to end. It's become a joke. Sarah gets caught as Michael & Linc leave on the boat, and a week or so later, she's in the final stages of being convicted. Wow, I know we have the right to a speedy trial, but not that quick. I guess they did discovery at the same time they were seating a jury?
And no one ever gets rid of anybody; they just tie them up so they can appear two scenes later. This show has so many holes it makes 24 look realistic.
I too wish next week was the series finale. It's not that I want to deprive you of your ride, I was just hoping I could see a wrapup to this story. I've watched since Day Zero, and have really enjoyed it for the most part. Never missed an episode. But this is the exact opposite of how Rome is leaving. Rome is exiting on a high point, making us wish we had just one more season. PB will go on 'till the ratings drive it out of business; we may not even get story closure, depending on how quick it dies.
But it won't matter to me; next week is the series finale for me.
Sitting here typing this, I am trying to think of any other show I have watched where I wished it would end. Can't think of one. And when I think of all the shows that died before their time (and Fox has its share)...
