I have seen the step-by-step instructions (http://www.tivo.com/cablecard) that came with the S3, but I have also seen several posts indicating common error messages that they received while doing the install. My wife is going to have to guide the installers, she is clueless so if they run into issues I want to anticipate any hangups.
1. Problem: 161-4 error

2. Problem: 161-1 error

3. Problem: card initialization causes "MISSING_PROGRAM_REKEY"

4. Problem: In the conditional access menu, CC1 now shows that Connected: No

9. Problem: Host ID is invalid
