TNTHD (one of only two HD channels that I can *sometimes* access while Comcast tries to talk with two of their CableCards) is out of sync on my Series 3 TiVo. The offset varies from less than a second to as much as four seconds.
I am assuming that this is either TNTHD's problem or Comcast's problem, but just in case it's something at my end I thought I'd ask here before asking Comcast tech support. They're not my biggest fans right now :)
