Help for a newbie that knows just enough to be dangerous

Ok here it is I have a Philips DSR-7000 DirectTV Tivo

i have as far as I know the most current version of DVR Upgrade's PTVnet. I installed Tivowebplus 2.0, the current version of Hackman, and superpatch now I have issues.

I've checked the fourm but I can't find exactly the help I need.

Issue 1:

The now playing list shows up empty, after I wait a bit the list will refresh and show my recordings.

Issue 2:

hackman found /ptvupgrade/bin/tivoftpd startup commands in /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit.author
but found /ptvupgrade/bin/tivoftpd in the file scan.
hm::ftppathname has been set to /ptvupgrade/bin/tivoftpd.

hackman found /var/spool/cron/crontabs/root startup commands in /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit.author
but found /ptvupgrade/busybox/crond in the file scan.
hm::cronpathname has been set to /var/spool/cron/crontabs/root.

Issue 3:

Any help, criticisms, scolding, slap on hand, Mostly help would be appreciated.

re: TWP 2 issues, this can't be installed on top of an older version... try a clean install
