I recently purchased a used Samsung SIR-S4040R off ebay with a crashed drive. I have replaced the drive, baked an instantCake 6.2a, zippered the drive and ordered an access card. The unit works great!

What should i expect when my new card arrives and i activate the account?

Expect it to start recording shows?

Really, just call them up, give them the serial, RID, and card number, and you should just start watching TV.
