I received a letter from VirginMedia (VM) this week (Tue) talking about a change in my set-top box (STB) menus and features - rebranding it to VM.
In the last two days (Fri\Sat) I've had problems with channel changes by the TiVo.
Rebooting the STB appears to have solved the problem (as per other threads). But the interesting thing was that this time the software on the STB was updated.
So - HEADSUP: if you're a VM customer getting problems with the Samsung 2100C STBs in the next few weeks, REBOOT IT. It's likely to need a software update.
