I have just upgraded my HR10-250 using the InstantCake 6.3c version w/PTVNet. Upon first power-up, the system seems to be hung at the "Wait for us to complete configuration, and re-boot your system one more time..."
Has anyone experienced this problem, and found the resolution?
Tried a manual re-boot, and also replacing with the original hard drive. Now, the unit gets stuck on the "Welcome, Powering up....." screen for either drive.
Ideas?

That sounds like a problem with the hard drive itself, or possibly a bad or loose cable. I'd check all of your connections again, and also ensure you've run full diagnostics on the drive you are using in the unit.
Also, ensure that there isn't a problem with the unit itself; verify that you can still use your original drive.

Thanks.
I tried the original hard drive and it responds the same way. It also hangs on the "Welcome, Powering up....." screen.
I checked the cabling. It looks good.
I'm trying another hard drive now.
