Strange Problem

when I select a channel number it quickly sticks 2 or three of the same numbers in making it imposible to go to a channel. If I selct 2 I get 22 or 222. It doesn't do it all the time. Any ideas?

Any ideas?I had that same problem when I first got my Series3 using a Harmony remote. If that's what's happening, you have to adjust the delays/repeats in the remote setup. Of course, if you're using the peanut, then just ignore what I said...and follow steve614's advice...

I do have a Harmony 680. It has been working fine. I went back into the software and can't find the feature your talking about. Can you tell me how to find it? I did try unplugging the tivo also with no luck.

I found it and it seems to be working now. It was on 2 and set it to 1. Strange that it would just start having that problem out of the blue. Thanks for your help.
