Missing Channels

I have Comcast and DIsh Network on my TiVo. About 2 days ago I lost huge chunks of channels; all HBO's other than the main HBO, MSNBC, Fox News, FX, all the Digital music channels, etc.

The funny thing is I lost channels off both Cable and Satellite. I've checked under "Channels I Receive" and they're just gone.

I tried to call the tech support but I gave up after waiting on hold for 20 minutes.

Anyone else having this problem?

One update. The channels are definitely missing. I can't even manually enter the channel number in the TiVo remote and go to the channel. the only way to display the channels is to go to a different channel and then use the Dish Network remote to change to the missing (on TiVo) channels. Repeating Guided setup fixed nothing.

What Tivo (Series 1 Seires 2).....If Series 1 did you sign up for the DST Priority update? THe DST Priority update ade my Series 1 lose channels. Howeeer, for me a guided setup did ge the channels back (but also did away with the DST Update

Boy, do I feel stupid.

Reboot followed by a forced daily call fixed the channels and got the DST update. The sad part is that I answer level 2 support calls all day and the first question I usually ask the techs is "Have you rebooted the PC?". I could have swore that I rebooted already but...
