I recently had a couple of shows not record,
and the history shows this message....
"This program was not recorded
because someone in your household
modified the Season Pass, Wishlist, or Auto-Recording that requested it".
ok - we did none of the above - any other ideas why this happened ???

I had a program that won't record and it has the same history message as yours. It was setting in the “To do” list waiting to be recorded, and now it's gone. It turns out that I had the option to only record the “First run” of the episode. I checked the program information and found that the original air date was off by a month. So I’m guessing that the original air date was changed and TiVo then deleted the program from the “to do” list and generated the history message. The program was "Mail Call" and it should be a first run program for tonight.

Do you have a TiVo or a DirecTiVo?
