Just called TiVo this morning to transfer a lifetime unit into my name which I bought on eBay without contact info. I was expecting to have to be transferred to a supervisor which has always been the case before. The CSR who answered the phone was actually able to look at the call in record for the unit and verify that my zip had called in. Then she went ahead and made the transfer! Maybe TiVo is finally cleaning up their support services????
