do not worry about the MSD stuff, it will be fine as long the two saty on the same account. It is a violation of the policy as set forth but I have not heard much of TiVo enforcing it and if they did it would just be to charge the 12.95 on both DVRs.

now the part about paying for your roommate's service does not sound quite right ;)

I'm going to make the purchase soon, any last minute thoughts?
Just that I have one of those factory renewed *0 hour DTs as well. I dropped a 320 Gig drive in it and kept the 80 as a quick backup. Your are going to love having two tuners but hta 80 hour fills up quick when conflicts become less of a problem ;)
