Why did I not get 3.5b on my DSR6000?

I have two DSR6000's Series I DirecTivo's. The one that is not hacked received 3.5b. The hacked one did not get 3.5b and everything is off by an hour. I don't understand why it did not get the 3.5b upgrade. It has reboot at least twice in the last two days. It last made a successful call on 3/11. I hacked my Tivo but to my knowledge I did not set any flag to not take updates. I always re-hack my Tivo after DirecTv sends updates. How do I get 3.5b? Where do I check if somehow my Tivo's update flag was set not to update? Isn't there a way that I can see if the update is waiting to install and resides on my hard drive?

What sort of "hacks" do you have on your Tivo?

I have the Tivo Cache card, Tivo Web Plus, elseed, and some small ones like joe and elvis. That is pretty much it. I don't descramble anything or extract stuff.

How do I get the update to install?

Also, my status is "Pending Restart". It will not let me make a call and I think that it is reboot nightly. Every day I have to re-enter the 30 sec skip code. Is there anyone that can offer any help how I can get my Tivo to install the update?

It was restarting nightly and I did manually restart it 3 times. It did not load. I finally found this command:

./installSw.itcl 3.5b-01-1-001

Now I just need a few hours to re-install my hacks.
