Since I got the HR20 DVR 250 I can record any shows BUT not PPV. I can watch the show and it indicates that it is being recorded, but when you go to the list and select the show you get the progress bar indicting it has recorded, then a gray screen. Trying to fast forward does not move the progress bar indicator or do anything. DTV has walked me through resetting the DVR 3 or 4 times and manually downloading updates to to avail. This week the sent out a new recorder and it does the same thing.
