I am trying to manually install the Slice Tivo 6.2a scripts. Everytime I type dbload /var/packages/*.slice, it says that dbload cannot be found. Any idea. I am trying to get my HDVR2 to report the new DST time. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Michael

There are lots of threads in the Underground on how to slice up to 6.2a.

I appreciate the help. I was able to update it, but now networking is completely lost.

do an "find ./ -name "dbload" -print from the "/" directory. If the dbload is on your system you will find out where it is. It's possible it is there but the directory is not defined in your "PATH" environment variable.
