Q: Guide Data Missing - Service Download Fix

My Hacked DirecTV DSR704 Last Successful service download was on Wednesday, March 7th. I do not have any guide data, period. I did not chose to dial-in to obtain 6.2a and correct the time on this DTivo. My other DTivo, a hacked DSR7000, has its full compliment of guide data. Is there a way to force a service download or do I need to call DTV Technical Support?

Any help is appreciated.

I know this is getting old, but try a restart. My T60 lost its guide a few months ago and the restart forced it to obtain and re-index the data.

Thanks! When all else fails, reboot. I decided to reboot and the guide data has begun repopulating. This is the first time its happened to any of my 4 DVRs.
