Phone in Use?

I got a message that my HR10-250 hadn't called in in 2 weeks. I did forced call and got a message "phone is in use"? I have a direct line from phone line to HR10-250 and no other phones are being used. What is up with this message?

Check what number it is calling. Try calling it your self and see if you get a busy signal. D# may have changed phone numbers in you area. Go into setup and look for other local numbers.

Thanks that did the trick. When I tried the number I had been using I got a Busy Signal. I had a 2nd phone number option in my area and used it and call went through.
