View Full Version : Losing Channels From Favorites

For whatever reason, HD channel 95 and now HD 77 keep disappearing from
my favorites ( HR10-250) and I keep adding them back.
What's up with that?

I believe neither of them are "always there" channels.

Each time they vanish from the guide, they lose their "favorite" status.

When you find them missing, look on the All Channels list to see if there are still there. You may find that they aren't, then when they do return they will only return to you Channels You Receive list. This is the same process when the shopping channels always return after you've deleted them.

Let's just talk about channel 95, the NFL channel, since channel 77 is so new. Everytime I go back to the guide the channel is always there along with extensive programming.
95, and now 77, are the only two channels I have ever had trouble with doing the disappearing act.
Push thumbs up today and I will have to do it all over again tomorrow.

Channels disappearing and reappearing is just something you have to learn to live with.
