Just got 6.2a, now no signal

I have a Philips S2 that has worked flawslessly for years. I got the upgrade for 6.2a today, restarted the dvr and now I have no signal on 101 or 110. I have a weak (50-80) signal on 119, but by tivo in the other room gets 99-100 on all 3 birds. any ideas?

I'll assume you have a triple LNB dish. Swap the cables on the inputs. Do any TPs on 101 or 110 have signals? Check them all and report what's missing. Swap the two TiVos and see what happens.

Update, after ruling out everything but the Box, I did a clear and delete everything, and now we have signal! Thanks Direct! My wife loves me for erasing 2 weeks worth of her shows.
