No 6.2a Update

I activated an older series 2 unhacked reciever a couple of days ago and it has phoned home and recieved a service update but does not have 6.2a, only updated to 6.2. It has not made the DST update, I checked. problem is, it is saying that the next call is not until 3/14 and that the update was succesful and complete and there is no pending restart showing.
Is there a problem? Will my reciever update to 6.2a?

I have read that this is a possibility but keep reading threads where people have gotten the update within the last day or two.
Any one have any more definitive answer?

I don't think anyone has confirmed that they got the slices in the last day or two, only that it rebooted and they had 6.2a. It is possible to get the slices long in advance, but until it makes the phone call it won't activate, and the phone calls can be a week or more apart.

I never received the 6.2a slices naturally - I did dbload the slices out on the P2P networks on one unit and had to jump a few hoops, but its running 6.2a now.

The slices appeared weeks ago on one of my units, but not the other.
