ok so do we even have to worry about DST when it hits on monday since its on a new date. will we get the update? thanx

That would be 6.2a not 6.2

I thought it was 3.5b-01-1-001 for series 1 DTiVo's.

Edit: I assumed when he said "old TiVo's" he was talking about the DirecTV Series 1's,
