Dtivo update on Digital phone

I've just recently moved to a new house. I setup my dish and went to do the Dtivo receiver. I mistakenly did a system reset thta erased everything. No problem. However, when I got to DVR service setup, I have trouble with the phone connection. I have Time Warner Digital Phone. I have a dial tone. For some reason the receiver fails the call. Any help?

You should contact Time Warner if you've done a "Time Warner directivo" search and found nothing.

I have VoIP and can't call out. I use the PPP method to download the updates to my NON hacked SD DTivo and HR10-250

I have VOIP and use an external modem and the serial cable that connects into the back of the TIVO. I get succuessful call 95% of the time with this setup.
