So is TiVo Special Services still the right place to call to get lifetime service issues resolved? Once again, Directv has started charging me for DVR service for no apparent reason, probably because I changed my programming recently. DTV CSR's are of no help... one guy even insisted that my HR10-250 was leased even though I bought the unit 2 years ago before they started leasing. Idiots. Does anyone have the number for TiVo Special Services? Thanks.
