Great episode.

That was some of the most densely-packed comedy I've seen in ages. Joke after joke after joke, often in the same sentence. And most of them winners. What a great show this has turned out to be.

"Wait 'til I tell Tupac ..." "I didn't hear anything" "Good."

"I got your nose..." "Go get my nose back!"

So many great lines. What a riot.

Man oh man, I'm going to watch this one again. This show is true gold!

"I was only looking for my cell phone in your purse I wasn't going to steal anything you racist!!!!"

"Good God Lemon, you shot a Black!!!"

That is some technically brilliant comedy writing.

Kenneth is my favorite character, along with the chubby writer with the glasses and ball cap.

Anybody else here the "Who's poop is this?" asked by somebody off camera at one of the after after after parties? Very faint and subtle.

This show, umm, "rocks".

The business manager being from "Dewey, Cheatham and... Livingston".Oh man, I forgot about that--I heard "Howe" in my mind and did a serious double-take when he said "Livingston" :p

He said "Who's roof is this?" cause they were on... a roof... and you could hear sirens or something in the background... obviously coming to kick them all out.

"Liz, you coming to the After After After After After party?"

"They misspelled it 'Lez' but it was still cool" (or something like that)

This show really has gotten quite good as the season went on... some brilliant comedy writing!

I do like this show, but reading some of the comments here you would think it's written by Shakespeare. A lot of the jokes are fairly obvious, and the "after, after, after" party joke went on about 2 "after's" too long, IMHO.

I like that Tracy even had a beef with MC Skat Kat.

I thought this episode had a lot of laughs.

Yes, a lot of it was silly, but I even laughed when Jack was going through the list of rappers who were going to be at the Source Awards. And at Ray Ray's Mystery Garage. Heh. I had no idea Tracy was a child actor on Nickelodeon.

I cracked up when little Tracy said, "I'm so drunk right now."

Nope... the fact that it KEPT GOING is what made it even funnier. :D

I'm glad I am not the only one who caught the MC Skat Kat reference. I also enjoyed the tupac isn't dead joke implication quite a bit. The butt shot reminded me of a sopranos episode.

There was something I found really stupid in the episode that bothered me for a while. But I've forgotten what it was. Therefore I say it was a good episode with an asterisk.

Didn't anybody get the Ron Mexico (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ron_Mexico) reference?

that would have been a great way to shoot tracy. oh well, maybe next time.

yo man, what's your game?

great athletes, not so good swimmers... the family...

on the airplane, they edit out all the curse words... makes it SO much funnier.

A lot of the jokes are fairly obvious,

strenuously disagree

The way it was said was even more funny because it was more naive. "On the airplane, they edit out all the 'swears' . . ."

This show is pure gold! I love it more and more every week.

I totally LOVED the "after after after after after party" joke. I've been a club DJ for many years, and when it gets close to closing time, it's all about the after party at someone's pad or some illegal late nite joint. Then the after after party somewhere else. Then the sun comes up. Then the next after after after party at someone else's house. It goes on and on, and the partygoers get fewer and fewer as you progress. No wonder I was so tired for so many years. :) Plus, this show takes place in New York, which has possibly the liveliest late nite scene in existence.

"This ought to prove my mother wrong. Saying that Donaghy is Gaelic for 'failure'. What the hell does she know ? She's a Murphy. Bunch of mud farmers and sheep rapists"

"Trust me, when I was dating Condolezza, there were genuine cultural tensions. I mean, we would go to the movies and she would yell at the screen ......"

"Yeah, yeah ... he bit Suge Knight. Held Raven Simone over a balcony. Made Rasheed Wallace cry. Dude is CRAZY"

"Tracy, for years, Cristal was the hip hop champagne. Until the president of Ritterer commited a fateful error - <French dude in front if Seine & Eiffel Tower> 'I hate hip hop. I assure you those guys couldn't appreciate good French wine ! Also I love Dane Cook !"
:D

"sooooo .... how about 'Lost' this season ? " "Sorry ... I don't own a TV". "Really ? What do you sit and look at ??"

And Baldwin's look as Steven Black confirms his date w/ Liz in the opening scene was a great 'acting' moment.

Best show on TV.

LOL! Reading these posts reminds me of the Arrested Development threads. I can rewatch the entire episode through these hilarious quotes.

Kenneth is my favorite character, along with the chubby writer with the glasses and ball cap.

The latter is Judah Friedlander. Wow, checking imdb, he's been in a lot of stuff, but the only other thing I definitely recognize him from is "Feast".. (fairly bad movie, but HAD to watch it because I loved Project Greenlight.. Though the producers completely bagged on the first two Greenlight movies, they were WAY more entertaining than Feast.)

BTW, generally I don't like Tracy, about the same as my feeling for him on SNL.. But I do like when the character switches from "dumb guy" to smart guy. I think it was last week when he started talking about mathematical principles in a discussion.

..and haters to the left.

We're going to the after after after after after after party - right after I take my kid to soccer. :D
