Actually, it's been "available" for a week or two depending on when you received 8.1. The only difference with the announcement is finally turning on the menu entry. (My S3 has been fetching content for a week now.)

And, BTW, that menu entry is not there. My S3 just "dialed in" and got no new software or menu. (It got a worthless and still incorrect lineup change.)

If others are like me I rarely, if ever, visit the Coffee House forum anymore since the S3 forum was created, so it would be good for any S3 related information such as this one be posted in the S3 forum .
