What do you mean by "access it?" Do you want to watch it from another room, or operate it?

What version TiVo do you have?

You need an IR extender. And a connection from the TiVo to the other TV.

You also posted this same question here.

Run A/V cables from the TiVo to the bedroom TV. You can use splitters if you need to use the same outputs for both TVs. If "not that far" is too far, you may need an amplifier. Use the IR Blaster if you want to control the TV from the bedroom.

Terk used to make relatively inexpensive (about $100) audio/video distribution systems that use microwaves or telephone wiring. Unfortunately, I think they've been discontinued.

You could use something like this (http://www.smarthome.com/7654s.html) .

That's pretty much like the microwave "Terk" unit I referred to. Based on my experience with the Terk, the normal channels on the 2.4GHz band aren't broad enough for good quality video (the Terk wiped out 2-3 channels of the 2.4GHz band and the video was still "muddy") AND most households already have a bunch of "stuff" using the 2.4GHz band (cordless phones, wireless networks, others).

Don't forget the good old microwave oven ;)

I guess I should have qualified that I don't endorse it, just found it on the intertubes. I have no doubt that it's a POS.
