Poor Reception on 2nd Tuner

I have 2 dual tuner Tivos. I just got the second one and hooked it up to a different TV. One tuner works great and shows the picture perfectly, the other tuner has extremely poor picture quality. It looks like the picture tube is practically "gone" on this tuner (faded colors from green to pink). I have no trouble with reception or picture quality on either tuner of my other DT Tivo.

What's going on? :confused:

Return the unit for a replacement.
