Hi everyone!

I installed tivo2go (after NO luck with Galleon, which would have been nice) and set up some shows to auto-transfer. Once I initially set each show to auto-transfer, they all got to downloading. No issues.

A week later each of my 4 shows have aired an additional time, but days later nothing is being transferred.

I don't understand what needs to happen in addition to clicking "auto-transfer" to get it to work. Anyone have any ideas?

I have the same problem with The Daily Show and The Colbert Report. I know those shows in particular have some ambiguity as far as Tivo is concerned, but once the Tivo records them I don't know why they aren't being auto-transferred...

Oh. Duh. Apparently the Tivo Server has to be running to auto-transfer? I had figured that because you don't need it running to manually transfer you would't need it for automatic ones.

and oddly enough I just connected via remote desktop to my pc and ... lo and behold ... it's in the process of transferring 3 shows as I type this.

I don't know if it's something I did last night while tinkering, or if the tivo *heard* me moaning about it to my girlfriend, but something kicked in.

I just wish I knew when and why it's so arbitrary in the logic behind WHEN it transfers.

They fire right up after restarting the PC though but that's it. The following week, nothing. It's frustrating that Auto-Transfer isn't reliable.
