desktop 2.3a downloads skipping

Does anyone know why some of my video downloads from Tivo Desktop 2.3a are skipping? Some videos download fine, others skip. It's like there are missing frames, which gives the impression that the video is fast forwarding. :confused:

Also, are the one that "skip" larger files?
