Does Tivo have a 30-day cancellation policy?

I have a Toshiba rs-tx20 with basic tivo service. My hard drive is nearly full. Can I subscribe to tivo plus service, download everything onto my mac with tivo to go (via the new options for mac users) and then cancel my account within 30 days and not be locked into the multi-year agreement?
