Tivo Desktop Plus Conversion Problem

I am new to Tivo and just installed Desktop Plus a few days ago. The first 8-10 files I transferred from the Tivo to my computer were converted to Ipod compatible files easily, but the last half dozen files all failed. As they were being converted, a message pops up saying "conversion problem" and they stop. Of course, there is no way to restart the process without transferring them again. Has anyone run into this? Any ideas? Thanks!

Are you sure the shows are transferring at all? Have you tried w/o the convert? There seems to be a problem with the latest 8.1 software...
