In regards to the issue of video glitches causing incomplete transfers,
I've noticed that my Tivo restarted twice while in the process of transferring three shows.
Two of those shows happened to have glitches and I can only assume that these glitches somehow cause the restart, which therefore causes the transfers to fail.
When the Tivo restarts, it starts transferring the next video in queue.
If somehow, the software could be made to 'detect' where the transfer failed and picked up where it left off instead of going to the next show in line.
Another thing I noticed about one of these "video glitches".
When played at normal speed, there's a 'gap' in the video and audio.
However, when played frame by frame, I notice frames that aren't seen when played at normal speed.
:) Hopefully someone can get to the bottom of this issue.
