I purchased the PTVNet and Instantcake from DVRUpgrade and a brand new DB35 hard drive. When it gets to the point of inserting the instantcake cd, I'm getting a message that states that the cdrom is not mounted properly or I have a bad image. I'm not really familiar witht the Linux OS and am looking for some guidance. I've checked over and over my connections and have changed them around and no matter what I am getting this message. Anyone have any suggestion?
Thanks!

I connected the drives per the instructions: CD-ROm as Primary slave, Tivo drive as Secondary Master. I did not enter any commands. I inserted the PTVNet boot cd and it takes you through a series of questions. When I get to the part that I need to insert and run the Instantcake cd, that is when I am getting the error message. Is there something else I am suppose to do?

You probably got a bad burn when you made the IC cd. Burn another IC cd and try again, possibly trying a different cd burning program.

If you put the burned CD into your PC (running your operating system), can you read the filenames on the disc? If so, you burned it WRONG.
Read up in your burner software help about burning IMAGE (.iso) files.
