* Bellick getting released to work for Mahone was telegraphed so hard you'd have to be stupid to have not figured out where it was going. Now that he's out Bellick can do the dirty work for Mahone so Mahone doesn't have to have the guilt.

* Haywire being target number one for Bellick almost seemed too easy for him. He seemed to come up with that trail pretty darned fast.

* Nice misdirection by Michael and Linc. Unfortunately they still have Mr. "wouldn't you like to be my chief of staff" to deal with. Captain Obvious would be asking why Michael or Linc didn't take his phone right away.

* Kellerman finally figured out he was getting played. Took him a while to remember that "the company" had enough resources to fake the Prez's voice.

Decent episode with plenty of things moving along tonite. Even C-Note with his daughter in the Pulp Fiction style occurence in the diner.

Were the cops standing in front of the police cars blocking the tracks or weren't they?

From the train point of view they weren't but from behind the cop cars they were.

I guess they were getting their daily exercise running back and forth.

Run out on the tracks - do a few arm waves as calisthenics then run to the side again. :)

Yeah, that was awful directing/editing.

T-bag had some great lines I don't remember.

good ep.

Ah Haywire.
I could have told you that you can't fly.

I think I miss Haywire. So much potential for comedy with him, wasted.

Obviously, Bellick is now a super-detective, and he'll track down all the fugitives one by one. :p

I'm glad Kellerman caught on that he was being played, and I liked Kim's "oh ****" moment when that happened. But I still kinda wish Sarah had offed him. :p

Add me to the "don't care" crowd. Just want them to wrap this up already.

I wonder how long they can drag this out and keep it interesting. My wife and I are still hooked on the show. Maybe they should just resolve this by the end of the season and end it. I'd rather they go out on a high note rather than have it cancelled with no resolution.

Yea if it goes another season I will probably lose complete interest. It sucks they got rid of Haywire, that could have been one of the more interesting story lines to develop.
Boy T-bag is very good at restraining people and tying them down with strong knots all while using one hand...

I'm still liking the show, but I'm glad they're culling some of the side characters.

Any bets on who's next? I'm thinking C-Note.

I love this show! I hope they can drag it out for another season. It's still one of the best things on TV.

OMG, this bugged me to no end. I rewound just to make sure my eyes weren't playing tricks on me. You all usually catch stuff like that, but when I catch it it is waaaay too obvious.

Oh yeah, the black dude says he's a fugitive and helps take the robber down and then everyone just lets him off the hook? Yeah, right.

I actually found that believable. If he didn't have his daughter with him, it would be a different story, but he did calm the robber guy down and probably saved them - definitely saved the waitress. If I'm one of the victims/hostages, I would let the C-Note go. It would be hard to see him get arrested after what he did and watch his little girl get taken away from him.

Yeah, I'd def let him go after what he did if I was there. And  to that fat trucker guy who said that he did it so they didn't have to look for anyone.

The whole rail-block with the cop cars was just idiotic.

Even if the real conductor was manning the controls and wished to stop the train, by the time he saw the cop cars it would have been too late. What the hell is wrong with people thinking that trains can stop like a car?

ugh.

That was what I was thinking. The cops standing in the way should have realized when the train was still several hundred yards away that even if the brakes were applied at that point, it wouldn't stop in time. They had plenty of time to get off the tracks and back their cars up, but instead just stood there and waved like idiots until they had to jump out of the way. Totally stupid.

I could see someone standing there when the train was just within sight, but when it was within 50 yards I was LMAO.

And as far as the decoy of having them jump off the train and then run or they would be shot, what did those guys think, that they had high powered rifles and a scope and could hit a moving target from a speeding train? By the time they picked themselves off the ground the train would be half a mile away.

And wouldn't jumping off the train hurt just a LITTLE?

I do love this show and want it to continue, but there were some funny spots in the show last night. Like when Belick yelled at Haywire from so far away - "Um, like I'm across the forest and coming after you, could you wait there until I get you - that would be great". ;)

This episode had some really hilarious writing. I laughed more at this show than I did SNL last week. The highlights for me were:

"Bellick, FBI"
Bellick telling Haywire to stop from 75 yards away
T-Bag's ride with the family, signaling with his fake hand
Kellerman arguing with the conductor on the train
Stupid cops with a "train block"

So much stuff was so stupid or silly, but I was very amused by this episode. At least it didn't almost put me to sleep like 24 did.

I'm hoping the writers are chuckling too at this stuff!

And yes, T-Bag using his fake hand to signal had me rolling!!

That was some large bathroom on the train.

I have gotten to the point where I have to FF during T-Bag's scenes. I used to find him entertaining but now the creepiness and the "ick" factor has outweighed the entertainment value for me. He's just a sick SOB and I want him dead.

This show is starting to lose me. IF somehow they get off the hook by exposing the president, wouldn't Schofield get charged with freeing hard core criminals that are out killing innocent people??? The crazy guy has killed a couple of people, same with T-Bag who is now torturing an entire family....

I was thinking that when he and Sarah were talking about it being over someday. If you bring down the President, would whoever takes over be so grateful that he'd pardon you for everything else?

When they showed the girl faking the President's voice I thought that was just another unbelievable Prison Break moment, but my friends at work say that's really possible. What an educational show! ;)

I believe that was a stateroom or compartment.

what cop wouldn't know a train takes well over 1 mile to stop indeed!

did sara get thinner this year? her coming out of the train just showed some mighty bony legs.

It was obviously not the prez the 3rd time she said, where are you? She wouldn't be honing in on just that one aspect. She'd be trying to shmooze him big time and reassuring. Plus c'mon...the prez even in this situation wouldn't be actually CALLING direct. She probably doesnt even pick her own nose anymore

how do 3 people stay so subdued in a car. What will happen when they have to pee or eat etc? I dont see how this can last.

One thing to factor in here though is the mother could have escaped from time to time but if she does she knows that her children are dead. So that threat keeps her in check and will only let her run if/when she can make sure her kids are safe 1st. So that makes her chances a lot harder. That is my take on it at least.

She's actually pregnant according to MSN but might not have been when that episode was shot.

I believe that was a stateroom or compartment.

With "women" on the outside of the door? And a mirror along the wall?

It was clearly supposed to be the bathroom. But I've never been in a bathroom on a train that had that much room for two people to move around.

Sarah Wayne Callies's baby is due in late summer (http://community.tvguide.com/thread.jspa?threadID=800006606), so she probably wasn't pregnant when that scene was filmed (which I think was a couple of months ago). Or if she was, it was very early. Sara will be MIA in early season 3, probably as a result of a kidnaping or something.

That's the power of T-Bag. It's different being with someone who you know is a murderous psychopath vs. just some random loser with a gun. Yeah, there's no way the mom would try to escape and leave the kids behind. If one of the kids makes a break for it, they are going to be terrified that T-Bag will kill the two left behind and kill him/her when he finds them.

This show is just entertaining to me. I just turn off my brain and enjoy the ride. The whole t-bag and the family car ride had me laughing my ass off. I am sad to see haywire die they missed so much potential commedy with him. I also got a good laugh out of the billeck fbi agent routine in the mirror.

Good episode but somehow I just don't care anymore.

My feelings as well. If my wife didn't love the show I would no longer watch.
