:confused: When I log on to tivo online, my tv listing guide has the wrong channel set up and also the times are wrong. On my tivo box my channels are correct.
How do I receive the corret channels on the tivo online website. No one could help me when I called tivo :eek:

Did you just move or rerun Guided Setup? It takes a few days for such changes to trickle down.

Hiya - I responded to your other thread, too. Check your contact information on the Manage My Account section of TiVo Online. I believe the channels are based on the zipcode of your address. If you have a different zip code for a PO box or something - put in your physical zip code instead.
