Format for GoBack?

Hi what format do the videos need to be in to work with GoBack? I know MPEG2, but do they have to be in a certain resolution, bitrate or anything else? The only links I could find point to a page at the Tivo support site that is supposed to contain this info, but the page doesn't work.

I've found that videos with AC3 audio will transfer and play on my S2 DT in spite of what it says there.

Free program mediaInfo (http://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=MediaInfo) is a convenient way to examine video file parameters. It integrates with Windows Explorer so you can select a video file and right click to run the program. Beware: Mpeg2 files typically report bogus high bitrates (8 Kbps or more) -- something to do with the number being a maximum used by players to know whether they can accept it.
