HR10-250 IR Receiver

It appears the remote receiver board in my HR10-250 is dead, my remote works fine on my other Tivo but not on this one. Does anyone know where I can buy the navigation boards that are behind the front bezel of the tivo. There are 2 boards, one for the resolution 480i, 480p, 720 and 1080i.

The second board is the remote receiver board (NAVIGATION). I already replaced the IR receiver diode and is still doesnt work. All of the buttons work fine, just the remote doesnt work on this unit, and as I stated above this remote works fine on my other tivo's.

WWW.weaknees.com has new front panels with boards for $29.95. I just replaced mine in an attempt to get my Zantech IR repeater to work again. Sadly this was not it. I also replaced the power supply. Based on all my internet research, if you are having reboots or audio problems, I'd suggest calling Weaknees first, might be the power supply and not the IR board...joe

I got it working, the 1080i LED was shorted out, causing the ir not to work, once i removed the 1080i led all is well, but damn is it slow to respond to the remote.

I also put a bright blue led in place of 1080i led
