I'm planning on hooking up a dvd recorder to my tivo. I just had a couple of questions. I would appreciate any help. I see that there is the "save to vcr" function under the programs. I'm assuming that this would work for a dvr. Correct? Also will it record whatever is on the tv to the vcr/dvr? Or is it okay to watch something else while doing this? Or do I have to leave it on the tivo program I recorded? And do I have to leave the tv on or is it okay to turn that off. I know these are kind of silly questions, but I don't feel like wasting several dvd-rs to figure this out. Thanks for the help in advance. :)
