Zippered HR10-250 + PPV

I have a Zippered 3.x + sliced to 6.3a and then manually replaced the single file that was replaced with 6.3b

I have a phone line connected
I have the route add line so it can't call the 'mother ship'
I run fakecall (an all the standard apps from the zippering)

I have ordered a PPV event (UFC 67 on Channel 98), but I can not set the Tivo to record it using the guide or 'find and record programs'

Right now I have a manual record for channel 98 @ 10pm for 3.5 hours. I assume this will work.

Should there be any indication on the TIVO at this point that the PPV has been purchased? Should I be able to schedule the recording of this event, or is the manual recording my only choice?

The only way the tivo will show that you've ordered a ppv is in the purchases screen, but it will only be there if you bought the ppv with your remote. If you ordered it any other way, directv.com, phone order, etc, then just set a manual recording like you did and you'll be fine. I believe that there are tivoapp patches available to get around this for older software versions, but AFAIK there isn't anything publicly available for any HR10 software version.
