While watching this one I thought it might be the best episode yet. Yeah, its predictable and not all that original. But it generates some genuine chills, with David and Emily especially good. Liked it a lot.

I liked this episode, but seeing Zach in professional attire and his haircut is still a bit jarring. In fact, he really looked his age in this episode.

I liked how they were in awe of the killer at first, then realized that while he is smart, they are a LOT smarter and they were then able to get him.

I always wonder how killers get the direct phone numbers to their friendly cops?

The episode had its moments but I couldn't get around the scene with Angela where she just wants to go home and be safe. I thought it was poorly written and acted. Further going home and away from the group would have been the most unsafe thing she could do.

Coming up second in the annoyance factor was Booth's insistance they abandon all protocol and just cut into the head.

I normally love this show, but for whatever reason I wasn't into this episode.

Killing him in this way was a waste of a good evil nemesis type bad guy. They should have dragged out the capture and death of this guy for a couple of episodes (sweeps month) which would have made his demise more satisfying. He was caught too easily for a guy who was so smart, and we were bludgeoned with his intelligence over and over.

I wanted him to go after her with the crowbar, so she could blow his brains out with that Indiana Jones cannon of hers.

I finally got around to watching this episode. It was very good, but the conservative closed-captioner showed up again, editing out any references to God in phrases like "Oh, my God." Makes me mad.
