Same program in NowShowing and History-Cancelled at same time!!??

Have got a curious situation on Tivo at the moment. There is a programme in Now Showing (Scrubs E4 02/02 00:10) and at the same time, it is also in the Recording History (Scrubs E4 02/02 00:10) as not recorded due it being a duplicate.

Looks like Tivo may have done a reboot about 2 mins before the end of recording because in the Now Showing version, there is a tiny bit of black at the end of the progress bar.

Have had a look in MFS /Recording using Tivoweb...
