Just thought I'd put up a thread for the fourth episode from the ABC.com stream.
First, Pelican Bay is no where close to San Francisco. It's in Crescent City, so he'd need to fly from SFO up to Arcata (near Eureka), rent a car and drive another 1.5 hours north. Driving straight from SF would be about an 8 hour drive through redwood country.
Second, I really like how it ended. The cops were saying they have a few loose ends to clear up, and the Groundhog Day rule is that NO loose ends can be left. My opinion is that he needs to implicate Booth, prevent any deaths, catch Dominguez, stop the Gang alliance, find someone above Booth possibly. Anyone else think of anything else?

ABC.com (and NBC.com) blocks viewers outside of the U.S. from viewing episodes online. They let us watch the previews and commercials, but not the actual episode.
So can any of you help out a neighbor to the North? I'd love to catch up on Day Break as well.

Place a huge bet on the Dodger game :)
I still think there's something shady about the Spiveck guy, and there's more to the Santayana Club and the Hourglasses.
Jared (the crazy guy) says that "3" is the magic number. Could there be three people experiencing "daybreak" as well?
I think these four new episode were great. Three more to go... It's a shame ABC dropped the ball on this series.

I remembered another loose end: find out who in the police department is a rat (whoever got the gun checked out and falsified that his print was on the gun).

Getreal, wow, I had no idea stuff could be blocked like that in Canada. How would they know at ABC? I think it is the third world countries involved that block it as it enters their servers, probably not for content (if it is not moslem or communist place) but because of having no bandwidth in the third world yet. Check that out, I bet it is your answer. If so since you all get to vote up there (where most natives don't in third world) get a politician to campaign to bring the real internet (hi-speed) to your country. There might also be higher priced internet providers up there in the major cities that have better connections to civilization already, check that out too.

Getreal, just thought of something else, get satellite dish internet. They sure would not know you are where you are. You could always rent a PO box across border here and use that, or if you have friends/relatives here use that as far as a billing address.

I can't believe they're leaving us hanging AGAIN. Does anyone know when the rest of the episodes will be posted?
One more thing: the psychiatrist treating the other daybreak guy (the one looking for his brother). There seemed to me to be something odd going on there. That might be a loose end that needs to be tied up.

There will be one every Monday until the series concludes. So they're not really leaving you hanging anymore than they do for other shows.

Much like "Kidnapped," this show has gotten so much better once we've gotten to the meat of the story and come to know the characters better. Somehow there's got to be a way to get people to stick with things a little longer. We've gotta work on improving the attention spans of the next generation, I suppose. ;)

I didn't miss a "Daybreak" on TV, but haven't bothered to watch any online. The consensus here seems to be that it's worth it, right?!
I'm afraid I wouldn't even remember key plot points now. It's been too long. That is, unless the first ep online brings you back up to speed somehow.

It's definitely worth watching the remaining episodes online. The "rehash" at the beginning of each episode should give you enough info to jog your memory.

Thanks for the info...

The new episode out today is already on ABC.com - "What If He Walks Away"
BTW, I created a new thread for this episode here (http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb/showthread.php?t=339651)

I think it's definately worth it. They have every episode released so far up online, so if the recap at the beginning of each episode isn't enough, you can go back and watch the whole episodes.
I'm glad they finally got this back up. It's definately getting good. I can't believe he solved the whole and still has to relive the day. It was so sad.
The question is now...what's Rita up to and who is that that keeps calling her on her cell???
