TiVo stuck on "Program call..." -> "Cleaning Up..."

Hi all,

I have a Pioneer DVR 810HS which dials out and then gets stuck on "Program call..." It says "Cleaning up...".

Anyone have any hints on what this might be? The modem? Or is this an issue a new drive would fix?

Just a bit more info I should have mentioned in the original post...

The TiVo gets the local phone numbers and then gets stuck at cleaning up at 40%. I've opened the unit, reseated the power and ribbon cable from the hard drive, still no luck though.
